Oyster has been really responsive to questions coming from me and the staff. If someone is directly helping me with an issue and they go out on leave, the issue is handed over seamlessly to a different colleague. Overall the best thing was that Oyster provided with a clear and detailed documentation highlighting all the important work functions. Furthermore, the attachment of drafts of certain documents such as payslips was very helpful in understanding what to expect and how your net income will look after taxes in a foreign country.

I am at the beginning of my experience with the site, but I think it provides a very good solution for contracting between companies and individuals, especially if they are remote, and I think that those in charge of the site are working hard to ensure a good experience for both parties. It is preferable for legal documents such as contracts to be available in more languages ​​so that individuals can read them well and legally. I hope to add the Arabic language soon, as the Arab community is large and will be attracted to this feature, especially if the matter is related to employment contracts.
