**What do you like best about Oxylabs?**

I use Oxylabs' residential proxies for my work online. I like the fact that they are strong, reliable, and also cheap. It was very easy to set up because the website is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

I would love them to add more ISP providers in their residential proxies configuration. I think it would make it more residential as the name implies.

I use Oxylabs' residential proxies for complete anonymous access to the internet by masking my IP. They are strong, reliable, and affordable, making them a preferred choice over our previous datacenter solution.

I don't quite understand the Web Unlocker, I think it should be easier to understand for non-technical users. I think there should be a beginner's guide.

**What do you like best about Oxylabs?**

Oxylabs’ WebScraper API is an incredibly robust and reliable tool that has significantly streamlined my marketing research. I particularly value its ability to scrape Google Ads search results with advanced control — including geolocation targeting, device and OS selection, and filtering of duplicate ads. One of the most impressive features is its support for parsing Google’s AI Overview, which has been challenging to work with using other tools.

Additionally, the GCP Bucket integration allowed me to set up an automated data pipeline with minimal engineering effort, which was a major benefit. The customer support team also deserves recognition — they were consistently responsive, helpful, and proactive throughout the entire process

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

At first I have some troubles with my subscription activation but it was easily solved with fast support. I also didn't quite understand how rate limits work properly, so it's better to update the documentation on this.

What I like best about Oxylabs is the reliability and quality of their residential proxies, which are essential for my web scraping tasks. At first, the platform felt a bit overwhelming ease of use and implementation weren’t great for a newbie like me. But after spending some time with it, the dashboard became easier to navigate, and integrating proxies into my scraping scripts got smoother. Customer support has been responsive whenever I reached out, which helped me get past early hiccups. I use Oxylabs proxies regularly, and the service rarely lets me down. While it’s not packed with a ton of extra features, what they do offer works well for my needs. Overall, Oxylabs balances solid performance with good support, making it a reliable choice once you get past the learning curve.

The biggest downside for me was the initial learning curve. The platform isn’t super intuitive for beginners, and setting up the proxies took more time and trial than I expected. Oxylabs provides sufficient information with appropriate conciseness to users who need services like mine, making it feel very useful. Thanks to the consideration included in the user manual, even users who are completely new can learn easily. Additionally, the installation process was easy.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

I wish the error tracking feature could provide more detailed and advanced options. The current dashboard only shows the frequency of 400 and 500 series errors, but there is a possibility of misunderstanding because the errors experienced by individual users do not always match the errors displayed on the dashboard.

Flexible pricing.Much robust solutions than bright Data. 
I have been trying ChatGPT web scraper at Bright Data and it sucks.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

I believe the AI chat functionality could be more robust, as it currently feels somewhat limited. Additionally, the password management system would benefit from some improvements to make it more effective.

AI Based web scrapers. 
Also, I am so glad that they have solutions for even not so technical people.

**What do you like best about Oxylabs?**

The Web Scraper API has been the best to work with. I absolutely loved it because of its ease of use, implementation, and integration. It retrieved thousands of records within a matter of minutes! The documentation was also excellent. I didn't require any customer support, particularly for the API, due to the service's excellent documentation provided by Oxylabs.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

Unfortunately, I don't quite like the pricing model for the API, as it works out expensive when I am collecting data for private projects. I therefore attempted use of residential proxies, but I found them unsatisfactory because I could not implement them successfully for my specific use cases. Despite making hundreds of requests, which returned with positive responses, they were not returning any data. 

I probably would have benefited from customer support regarding the use of residential proxies or advice on which other types of proxies could be suitable for my case study, as some aspects of the documentation on residential proxies were a bit confusing, but I have not had the opportunity to seek it yet.

I really like using this proxy service because it's fast for my use case, and the support team is amazing and responsive.

The official Android app doesn't work, and even their support team recommends using alternatives. But I think that this can be easily solved because alternatives are freely available to download from the Google Play Store. Also, you may sometimes get an IP address with a bad reputation. So you should check the reputation of the IP before using it. But I still think that it would be good if they can implement an automated solution to do that.

I am still diving into the data extraction functionality, but I am experimenting with it personally to protect my privacy online while browsing some websites and to circumvent restrictions on VPN usage placed by some streaming services.
