You can't buy IPs individually, you can only buy 10 or more, the tutorial is unclear, and it's not user-friendly enough.

Yes, I am the person in charge of foreign trade company, we will continue to use it, it is very suitable for the moment

I like the Oxylabs interface. I also hope that the dedicated IP feature will work well in conjunction with TikTok for targeting the audience in the USA. Setting up Oxylabs for the first time turned out to be relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

Promo codes. I would like some kind of trial subscription to evaluate the quality of the proxy, but I didn't find anything like that.

I find Oxylabs very useful for any type of activity and any type of person. The smooth setup experience is great, allowing me to integrate it into my daily use comfortably. They have superb support, unfortunately they have an AI placed before the support ( which is annoying ) but once you get the option to talk to a real human they are the best. They really help you when you have issues.

I was testing out different residential proxies from the internet. So I bought few data packs to have a feel and test their residential proxies.
It was super fast and easy to use.

I have not had any complaints so far. everything is going fine.

Getting banned on my anti browser tasks... I was consistently getting kicked out from my email provider but that problem is solved now.

My start up company uses Oxylabs' rotating proxy to perform various types of web scrapes. From four months of use we have had no issues with its performance. Oxylabs does exactly what it promises with no difficulty at that. Our proxy rotation service has been very affordable which has convinced us to keep using their services for the foreseeable future.

My only dislikes with oxylabs is that it's dashboard for analytics is very set in how it is presented. However this is a small issue and make virtually no difference in the company's running

The reporting and statistics are great and accurate. We require a very high success rate for the proxied requests and during testing we confirmed that each reported success and error was accurate.
Support is quick to answer and professional. The support chat widget makes it easy to reference past support inquiries.

We had some technical questions about the errors that were not fully addressed. It was not clear if the errors were originating from the proxy or the target api.
Each account owner has full access to billing and adding extra -non-admin users, but there can be only 1 owner/admin. There should be a way to have multiple admins in case the primary owner is unavailable.

I like the ease of using residential proxies and the way that you can use it in most websites. The speeds and quality of the IPs are the best I have ever seen. I really like the analityics in the control panel, it gives you all the control that you need to see how much you are expending and in what websites are you using your proxies. The price/quality I would say its a 10 of 10, very competitive princing compared to other providers that can't have the same speeds or IP quality.

I would like to see cheaper plans instead of the usual business plans that some reach close to 100$. Would be nice if it had more variety on the cheap end.
