What do you like best about Oxylabs?

Oxylabs prices are great, its really easy to use,

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

Their interface could be a bit better maybe?

"Limited Usability, Good Setup, but Needs Better Customization Options"

What do you like best about Oxylabs?

I appreciate that the signup process for Oxylabs was pretty easy. Trying out the platform was straightforward and didn’t pose any major issues, which I find valuable when assessing a new service. Additionally, I find it beneficial that I can decide the quality of IPs I require for my activities. This feature is particularly useful because sometimes I need an IP that isn't flagged by services like Cloudflare, and other times I could use a data center IP which is more cost-effective. This flexibility in choosing the type of IP helps me manage costs better by tailoring my needs more precisely. Furthermore, Oxylabs also provides a way to handle IP bans during web scraping activities, which is crucial when only a few high-quality IPs are necessary for effective data scraping, rather than paying for an excessive amount. Such functionality showcases Oxylabs' potential in addressing specific technical needs efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oxylabs?

While trying Oxylabs, I found that it did not meet my specific needs, leading me to switch to another provider. I have unique requirements and relatively low usage rates, which Oxylabs couldn't cater to effectively compared to another provider, particularly in terms of price and the flexibility of customizing the number of IPs. The price structure and similarity in offerings to other providers make it a less compelling choice. Additionally, the platform could benefit from providing better explanations and guidance for new users, particularly around technical details like different types of IP addresses and proxies.
