The issue is still unresolved. I have tried multiple times to order and pay for a VPS, carefully checking my personal and payment details, but my order is rejected every time without any explanation. Contacting support has not helped either: I mostly receive generic responses instead of specific information about my case. Please escalate this issue to a competent specialist, investigate why my orders are being rejected, and clearly explain what I need to do to successfully register and pay for a VPS. I found OVHcloud’s platform terrible. I registered on the wrong subdomain ('ca' instead of 'eu') after Google pointed me there, and since then half the platform hasn’t worked. I’m not sure whether the problem is being solved. Support was difficult to deal with and hard to reach, and they were unwilling to help me get a refund or cancel my order. I wanted them to help or transfer me to the EU subdomain instead of just citing the ToS and saying there was nothing they could do. The initial setup was terrible. The prices and products are kind of good? When you factor in how they handle problems and support well not.

The user interface and user experience are terrible, and the support is just as bad. I couldn't even figure out why my services were canceled when they weren't due yet. I also couldn't locate a billing section to check for any outstanding payments. The whole system feels completely disorganized. Nothing their software is buggy showing different price but background they are charging different price. Their support worst I have ever seen in my life. Their software, and support 100% support timing reliability and problem solving skills of their support. First, the performance is very slow, and more than once I find that my site hosted on it crashes. I write to customer service and do not find solutions.

Secondly, the price of the monthly hosting plan was exaggerated compared to other companies providing the same service while getting very little performance. You will have to pay annually to get a slight discount.

Thirdly and most importantly, I was on an annual plan whose price was 107 dollars, knowing that the bill was coming to me for 127 dollars at the time. I did not know how that happened.
