**What do you like best about Oversai Quality Assurance?**

What I value most about Oversai is the centralization and 360° visibility it offers for auditing different channels, both calls and chats. In complex operations, where we work with internal agents and external providers (BPOs), Oversai helps us standardize evaluation criteria in a transparent and consistent manner. 
Additionally, the interface is very intuitive, which significantly reduces the time we spend documenting findings and allows us to focus on what really matters: defining action plans and providing human training to the team.

**What do you dislike about Oversai Quality Assurance?**

The initial learning curve for setting up the more complex evaluation matrices can take a bit of time, and I would like to see even deeper native integrations with certain specific CRMs to fully automate the flow. However, the support and Customer Success team is always super willing to help and to release constant updates.

**What problems is Oversai Quality Assurance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we used to spend hours searching for interactions on different platforms and cross-referencing data manually, which made the process prone to errors or biases. Oversai solves the "rework" problem in QA from the root. The greatest benefit has been the speed in detecting critical process and ethical failures in real time, allowing us to apply justified penalties with hard data and align productivity goals with the real quality of the service.

The setup support from Andres and Oscar is second to none.  Incredible.  Obviously, the product is great, too.

I haven't managed to see any downsides yet.  We spent significant time conducting a scored procurement exercise, and it hit all the marks when compared with Scorebuddy and Rippit.

**What problems is Oversai Quality Assurance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So, we can now see almost real-time alerts based on analysis of conversations (voice and non-voice).  These are then helping us to intervene, guide, and coach immediately.  Also, the scorecard side really is super flexible.

I like the communication and prompt responses from Oversai Quality Assurance's support team. They've consistently taken feedback and rolled out fixes quickly, sometimes as soon as the same day. The initial setup was super easy, and it's one of the best experiences I've had with a new tool in my three years as a QA manager.

**What do you dislike about Oversai Quality Assurance?**

They didn’t have calibration options which is big for us but they will have it ready within a month or so of us starting with them.

Oversai Quality Assurance lets us grade 50% of our interactions compared to less than 2% before, and provides KPI metrics and deep insights into company issues.

**What do you like best about Oversai Quality Assurance?**

I like how Oversai Quality Assurance facilitates the evaluation of my team's interactions with our users, allowing us to maintain a high standard of quality in our communications. The downloadable extension significantly streamlines the evaluation process, saving my team time and effort. I particularly enjoy the summary of the activity performed, accompanied by graphs, as it makes interpreting the results in my feedback much simpler and clearer. This not only improves our ability to analyze performance but also helps to identify areas for improvement in a visual and efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about Oversai Quality Assurance?**

Templates that have been created cannot be edited; they can only be deleted, which also erases the history. Also, I don't know how to identify which interaction has already been evaluated.

I am delighted with the Oversai Quality Assurance tool. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, which made the setup process very simple. The integration with our CRM platform, Intercom, was quick, requiring just a couple of calls to start using it. I greatly value the artificial intelligence features it offers, as they allow us to expand our quality samples and gain broader visibility in evaluations. Compared to our previous provider, we now conduct audits more efficiently and quickly, saving us significant time in data analysis. With the implementations, I notice that there is a lack of confirmation that the data is indeed correct. Once they grasp my idea, they work on it, but in some cases, the data is not correct. It requires a bit of thinking like a client, not everything should start from us. I would like you to propose ideas thinking outside the box and delivering 360 reports.

It gives me access to information about the process at all times. In my case, to deliver quality reports, I need to process the data at least once a week, and it used to take me 1 to 2 hours. With you, I have the information at hand and can filter it as I want.

The AI functionality has allowed us to score hundreds more tickets than our manual QA agent was whilst giving us valuable insight into the services we were providing. Great reporting dashboards so our CSM can easily see where the team are excelling and where additional training needs to be provided. 

The initial set up of the platform was super easy thanks to the great support from the Oversai team, they took my feedback and suggestions on board and had quite often made the improvements overnight!

There were no negatives during the implementation process, they went above and beyond to get us on board.

The Ai function is brilliant and enables us to review hundreds more tickets whilst saving me valuable time as I no longer have to manually spend hours reviewing emails and listening to calls. Super easy to use and understand training points and where team is excelling. I love the Sentiment section as super helpful to understand customers needs and contact at a glance. The support from my account managers has been world class.

Whilst I know that Oversai is developing the reporting dashboard - Oversai has been super keen to listen to feedback and consequently is working with me to build a personal dashboard for my requirements.
