The customer service has been well also. The platform allows our GSOC to monitor shipments much easier. **What do you dislike about Overhaul?** I think sometimes just logging into the system and trying to find your shipments, it looks like a chaos of shipments. It would be simpler to just pull up your active shipments with the click of a button. In the beginning, it was a little challenging, but once we got the appropriate training and had the customer experience team help us, it was pretty smooth forward. **What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Overhaul to continuously monitor shipments, ensuring products arrive at their destination. I use the online portal to research alerts and ensure product safety. **What do you dislike about Overhaul?** There are too many false alerts, I have been working to reduce those for a year now. Not all of the false alerts are Overhaul issues. Improved training for the plants and logistics centers would be helpful. I know it's not easy to train the security staff. **What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Overhaul for GPS tracking and it provides security for high-value shipments.
