This can lead to delays when I’m trying to provide updates to customers. Also, when tracking isn’t accurate, it can create delays in giving updates to the carrier. It can also add extra work, since I then have to double-check details to ensure the location is accurate. **What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overhaul helps with tracking shipments and provides a faster way to contact carriers or drivers, especially when the information is accurate. **Official Response from Georgina Farrelly:** > Thank you for your feedback. Their suggested practices help us manage the security on highly valuable, important products that also help to assure the safest of products for the patients we serve. **What do you dislike about Overhaul?** While a great tool, it does require a great deal of coordinatation, but that is alwasy going to be the issue with such a large, complex supply chain as ours. **What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overhaul helps us to keep our products safe and secure while in transit anywhere in the country. From a communication and support aspect, I have not found a competitor that comes close to the level offered by Overhaul. It would be simpler to just pull up your active shipments with the click of a button. In the beginning, it was a little challenging, but once we got the appropriate training and had the customer experience team help us, it was pretty smooth forward. **What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Overhaul to continuously monitor shipments, ensuring products arrive at their destination. I like that the link to access tracking is directly in the email alert. **What do you dislike about Overhaul?** I dislike follow up emails that are just acknowledging they received information but not asking for anything further -for example, ones saying "thank you for the information" .
