the tablets have a hard time inputting data especially if Wifi is not very strong. It has gotten better.

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike, but if I had to choose something, I'd say that sometimes communication between departments can be a bit slow.

We've been provided with just the right customized solution, insights and level of support throughout the relationship and couldn't be more pleased.  It feels like we have a dedicated support team anticipating and overseeing our needs, responsive to our requests and providing a high level of service and training at all times.

We would like to see more emphasis on tweaking our program to get the most useful responses and trend reporting possible.

The tracking system that provides alerts for us in the event any alarms are raised.

Having to turn the devices ON an hour before.

The problem of having to deal with having no visibility of our loads as they travel. Having Overhaul prepares us for the What ifs and puts us in the best position to be in if a theft occurs.

There are so many benifits that Overhaul bring to my work and my company, can list one of that is the visualization of the shipment from  the time shipment attached GPS until deliver to end customer.

OverHaul provides a professional Track & Trace solution that gives us accurate, real-time shipment information. The interface is also user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Overhaul?**

In some cases the reports can be intermittent or not continuous. It would be even better if OverHaul could enhance this aspect.

OverHaul helps me accurately manage the location and position of each shipment. It provides alerts when shipments are at risk, enabling me to make timely decisions to ensure lead time and maintain security.

**What do you like best about Overhaul?**

Overhaul is an easy to use, intuitive platform that provides real time tracking information on subject shipments. The website makes it easy to find the current status on any shipment being tracked. Their customer support team is available 24/7/365 to monitor shipments and follow up on security alerts when necessary.

**What do you dislike about Overhaul?**

Overhaul has a great product and support team behind it, however I have found the level of quality between each support office varies. Overhaul has recently expanded into some new territories adding support teams, however it seems these teams may not be quite as up to speed on all the proper procedures as some of the older offices.

**What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overhaul gives us real time visiblity into our supply chain operations by providing us on-demand 24/7 tracking. Additionally, Overhaul is providing security for the supply chain in ensuring that these trucks make it to their intended destination safely, and following up when alerts indicate it may not be.

It´s a device easy to use, giving you important alerts in every step of the way, in case the truck stops you receive important notifications so you can allign it with your secrity department.
It was easy to use and track on the load 
The team had a call with us in order to understand the proccess of use and application. Definetely the best part of the service is the people, they are really kind, attentive, the sense of urgent is on top, we arranged the details of the service one day before and they helped us to get this shipped asap, they established excellent level of communication with us and the team.

**What do you like best about Overhaul?**

After having worked with Overhaul for over a year now I have so many things that I like about them.  24/7 assistance, timely communication, if any shipment status is ever in question the Overhaul team will update our security team immediately.  All my contacts are so friendly and willing to jump in and assist with any need or question.  Setting up the customers, monitoring on the platform and making changes to the program is so easy to do!

**What do you dislike about Overhaul?**

I dislike the fact that not all of my customers are on Overhaul---- yet!

**What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to track my prepaid customers collect shipments that we do not have visibility to- this gives me visibility to the volume they are shipping and how I can get a better forecast of when this freight eventually flips to Prepaid.  Overhaul has also helped with a pooling and LTL new set up for one of my customers.  The team is quick to offer solutions and implementation is fast!

Excellent communication and support from their assigned Customer Success Manager to the customer account that I support. Great visibility monitoring utilizing GPS and their teams monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Overhaul?**

Web portal is easy to use only when near a computer. When traveling and only have access to your cellphone, I am unable to view site/data sufficiently their GPS tracking nor add any attachments from cellphone. Highly recommend an app is developed to support cell phone usage.   

When creating overhaul load ID's, if new trucking company and/or drivers are utilized, I am unable to add that information myself and have to wait on Overhaul to action this on my behalf. This should be an easy enough feature for external user to complete.

Overaul provides visibility required for high valued shipments that require extra visibility and support from pickup to delivery.

We sometimes receives false alerts, like when a load is at a delivery site, a light alert may be pinged against us. We have seen redzone stops in error also. If you look at the time stamps of the stops it will actually be in the rational transit of the load with no stop at all.
