"Much the same as all the big players in the outreach space - overpriced and poor customer support"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

It has many similar capabilities to other products out there, powerful and expensive. After spending months trying to address some integration issues and not being able to use the product, their team didn't even respond to my ticket. We have sinced moved provider to something agile, easy to use that works well for small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

They should work on customer support and fixing bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Outreach allows prospecting and customer communications at scale via messaging tools like sequences, templates, snippets, bulk compose, task organizer - all synced with your CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms like Gmail and Linkedin. What do you dislike about Outreach?

Outreach remains as one of the best choices for communication at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Wonderful Tool T Reach out to your Potential Customers"
4/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

It is a great sales tool to prospect and reach out to new customers especially when they are in a different time zone. You can also leave voice mails which the customer can check and revert at their own convenience. You can also create email templates, save multiple sequence emails and schedule the emails on the days and timelines you think would be ideal in terms of boosting chances of a response from the customer. The ease of integration is seamless, and it integrates easily with salesforce and other popular platforms. Their customer service and support is great. They are very knowledgeable in terms of the product and are updated with their improvements. I have used outreach in my previous company where I used to do prospecting in the US- East region. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Their user interface is kind of complex, and it is very confusing and time consuming. You will need to scroll through multiple options before you arrive on what you are looking for. It is tough to use it without prior product training. The setup and implementation time takes couple of months which is very long as companies need faster execution time especially if the company is sales centric.
