"Efficient Sales Engagement with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I really like the seamless integration that Outreach offers with Salesforce. This integration means our sales reps don't have to do anything to have information and outreach sent to prospects and customers automatically. The admin experience is much better in Outreach compared to the tool we previously used, Salesloft, which is one of the reasons we switched. The initial setup of Outreach was very easy too. What do you dislike about Outreach?

The support, especially their chatbot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Out of the Box, but lacks innovation, and keeping leads clean"
3/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

It’s a tool that’s been around forever and comes with all the features you need right out of the box. It does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

The main issues for me are the lack of new innovation, the limited customization when it comes to automations or lead triggering, and the overly complex admin portal and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation Made Easy, Yet Salesforce Sync Needs Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I use Outreach for trigger sequencing, which helps with integration for lead generation tools like Invoca and Influ2. I appreciate that sequences are automated, making automation easier. I also like the automated emailing feature for sales reps and its integration with our CRM platform, Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Sometimes it does not sync well with Salesforce. The calls don't get synced to Salesforce, which is the issue we're still working on even with Outreach support's help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential CRM for Seamless Prospecting and Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

It is a great place to email and call prospects and put them into different sequences. Helps to keep track of all your contacts and if they open emails. Also like the linkedin option to directly connect with others through a link. I use it every day and it is the primary CRM I use. It integrates great with SalesForce and Linkedin. Very easy to use. Have not had to use customer support so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I don't have anything I dislike about Outreach that I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Outreach with Seamless Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

I use Outreach for sequences in customer outreach and it helps me save time and keeps me structured. I like the ability to create new sequences and connect it with Nooks, as it allows me to work seamlessly because both systems are connected. It was pretty easy to set up Outreach. What do you dislike about Outreach?

I think the exporting from Salesforce could be a little better, in terms of updating company names when individuals move to a new company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outreach: Easy to Use, Powerful Automations and Bulk Updates"
4.5/5

In Outreach I love the most that is easy to use, and all the possibilities (from my operational perspective) I like the automations, the easy list creation, bulk updates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

It would be super helpful if there was an option to change sequencer on more Prospects that are in different sequences at once. That is the only thing that I can think of at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for outreach as BDR"
5/5
What do you like best about Outreach?

Our Business development and Sales team globally use Outreach. Literally every employee in those teams. It's a great tool in many aspects, and we use their functionalities widely and each day. We have it integrated with our CRM system, so it has all the data of our accounts and prospects we need. We then use Outreach for all of our multi channel sequences. This works as a perfect machine. We also use Outreach for calling our prospects (from our PC), which also works very well and provides you with a lot of settings to configure and fine tune. The emails are integrated with our email tool which allows us to track the activity. The dashboard and reporting functionality is also very detailed and easy to filter through or customize depending on what you'd like to see. Overall it's a great tool that each of us uses every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

There's nothing to dislike about this tool. The only thing is that for new team members it can take awhile to get familiar with all of the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
