What do you like best about Outreach?

it has a lot of features such as checking live who's interacting with my emails and you can integrate with a lot of sales tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

when you're sending an email, the email screen is very small and you can barely see what you're sending. Also, it'd be great to have a better overview of my accounts and pending tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's is my sales tool and works well, however, I prefer others like Salesloft Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formatting almost always comes out weird if I don't fix it first. In 2024 overly sequenced emails are very easy to be ignored as spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Outreach?

It makes it very easy to manage a lot of prospects and keep track of who is being reached out to. I like that it enables you to be flexible and set up a lot of integrations. Support typically responds quickly and it was easy to get started. I use it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

There are some functionalities that don't work as well as they should. For example, being able to edit steps of a sequence when emailing, having a small drafting window, and syncing activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very much enjoyed using the platform, I reached many leads and had a lot of follow-ups. Good ability for personalization, automated follow-ups, CRM integration, AB testing. Great UI and easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
