I am quite dissatisfied with Outreach Today. The service was supposed to improve email deliverability, but the solution provided was insufficient. This lack of effectiveness resulted in many wasted months of my time, which was incredibly frustrating. Adding to the problem was their promise to implement a service allowing changes to MX records. Despite agreeing to this and even developing a custom solution, in the end, they refused to use it. Their inability to follow through was exacerbated by their refusal to provide a refund for all the time and money spent waiting for a functional solution. I feel that they ignored my suggestion to use my own inboxes, which would have avoided any disruptions, but they still declined.
