**What do you like best about Outplay?**

simple fast and easy to use sales enablement tool without being over complex for the current stage of our company. They also send out the call of fame every few weeks are have excellent examples of cold calls which I share with my team.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

there is some fucntionality that's not fully built in compared to an apollo and a salesloft. I would like it to be a more one stop shop. Right now I hop around from tool to tool.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me work nurture leads effectivel by creating longer term nuture cadences to track. It's a simple UI vs salesloft which I like and a bit more intuitive to use.

Outplay is simple to use and it's fairly straightforward. The delivery rates are great and the feature set is good for most use cases.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

There are a few bugs here and there. However, their team is proactive and they make sure they address and fix it for us.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our outbound sales cadences and outreach. It helps us do this at scale.

The introduction of contact info databases was a neat addition as well.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

I like most the possibility to engage with potential customers on a big scale. Being able to communicate in sequences and track the impact in terms of opening, clicking and replying.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

I think their customer care could work better. It happens to us that we agree on something together and they don't come back to us. Also, the whole dashboard for insights about the impact of the campaigns needs to be redone.

Communicating with our audience on a large scale. Measuring how do our audience engage with our content. Sending sequences with automated follow ups. Tracking activities for BDRs.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

To start with a clean and simple UI, it is so easy to create a sequence and then import all your prospects in the sequence. The calling feature is another superb feature , using which you call customers anytime

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

At times filters do not work properly, even after putting "Me" filter to see only my sequence it shows all the sequence. I need to refresh page to just filter out my sequences

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

since we are new organization, outbound leads are on what we heavily rely. We use outplay for sending cold emails to customers. There feature of calling the customer is incredible and they help us to share voice mail with a click on a button. Tagging feature allows us to further keep track of customers whom we should call again and whom we should not

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Easy to make calls and engage directely with multiple customers around the world. The sequences funcionality helps the sales teams to let the system work by itself and focus on other things.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Something difficult is trying to understand exactly how the sequence generate certain actions, most of the time it just generates a reminder or a task to execute the action.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outplay solved the need of having multiple phone numbers and calling different leads worldwide, and using the local area code depending on the customer it helped to increase the engagement and the number of answered calls.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Outplay continues to add features to its core platform and is helping us rethink what our software stack needs to look like. Also, the Customer Success team (our CSM is Luv) is absolutely amazing at getting back to us or jumping on a call to answer a question.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Outplay does not have the breadth of integrations into other tools that your Sales Team may use, but they are working on this and announcing new integrations regularly.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the tool that our outbound Sales Development Reps spend their time in. It is their place for action.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Creating and running email campaigns is very simple and effective in Outplay. The user interface is ridiculously simple. The support team also shares workarounds if something isn't doable with the current features.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Sometimes filters don't work properly, even after applying the "me" filter to see only my sequence it shows all sequences. I need to refresh the page to filter my sequences. Rest is fine!

Outplay is helping us build a healthy outbound lead generation funnel for our organization. This helps us organize all outreach efforts under one platform. Best outreach tool so far.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Sequences feature: we can set up as many steps as for our outreach and campaigns.

It has been more than a year; my team has been using outplay emailing platform, and we have received many tractions, and our SD team is quite happy. We can create sequences, and it automatically runs campaigns by removing unsubscribes and bounced email ids.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Not yet. But sometimes, we can not use images in the signature like the company and brand logo.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SD has to complete our monthly quota, and Outplay helps us accomplish our target. Great tool for mass emailing

Easy to navigate interface, large number of helpdesk articles that help with troubleshooting. The email automation options are perfect for my needs (outbound emailing)

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

During the sales process, their responses were timely and helpful. However, since becoming a customer I've had some trouble getting a hold of the CSM in order to troubleshoot or answer my questions.

The support is great, and we can connect with their support team via slack, who are always on hand to offer best practices.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

The integration with our CRM can be delayed meaning the lead time to sync contacts can take too long. It would be good to have integration with Linkedin like other sales engagement platforms do.

it allows us to monitor, adapt and analyse sales cadences in one place whilst tracking prospect activity and engagement, it will enable us to have a focused area on sales engagement outside of a busy CRM.

Outplay is fast and more robust than all the previous tools used by our organization. It has all the necessary features and mechanisms to set up any outbound campaign.

1. When we clone any existing campaign, all the previous campaign get changed with the new campaign, I think if there is a option to avoid this it will be better.

1. Outplay allows me to set up multiple outbound campaigns at the same time.
2. I'm able to view detailed statistics which was not available previously.
3. I can monitor my team effectively.

I particularly like the way we can schedule the sequences, and we get notifications when one responds to an email and from which cadence we got that email. I like that feature.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

There are a few glitches here and there where the emails do not get reflected in the CRM we use.  Apart from this, I enjoy everything else about outplay.

It helps me with Emailing campaigns, calling and email tracking. I can track whats happening with each and every account. It has some good dashboards which helps me with my numbers.

As a business leader of my firm and in the B2B IT Sales field, the challenge is reaching out to the prospects consistently so we can drive pipeline generation. With the team spread across the country, it becomes difficult to track whether they are constantly reaching out to prospects always or not. 

A tool like Outplay has helped us in 
1. increase the performance of our campaigns 
2. execute multiple campaigns with minimal resources and supervision
3. engage our prospects and existing customers in a much better and streamlined way
4. improve focus on generating quality content for the team rather than having them mass reachout.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Outplay is highly customizable, it's easy to export call recordings, good dialer integration, and simply to use UI. It can be a good solution for 1 company selling their own products/services via different channels.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

If you are agency based company, which represents multiple different clients, it get's problematic if the same prospect is going to be shared between multiple clients (accounts), since 1 prospect can be owned only by 1 account, but it can be active in multiple sequences for different accounts at the same time. That makes reporting also problematic since you cannot just make a report on account level since lead is maybe owned by different account.

Easy to organize prospects into sequences, create steps and get SDR assigned to work on it.

The user interface is easy, and training team is quick. It includes all the necessary features one uses in his daily reachouts.

No downside as of now, and I can see them improving and adding new features as per our request.

We have used several platforms before our engagement with Outplay. We have had issues before with the reports, in adding multiple email ids per user, in email tracking and also tracking team performance and few other metrics. All these issues were solved with Outplay.

It is a great tool with a modern UI. It only takes a few clicks to reach where you would like. The integrations between Hubspot and Outplay are great and information flows freely.

I believe a few more features around the reporting and statistics could be better and the information flow between CRM and Outplay could be faster or more immediate

There's so much flexibility. I did not know at first that it can do other things like calling. This is a great tool for sales.

The tags. It does not show all the tags. This is important for our team for data hygiene. We have to type in the tag/s for us to see it. It's easier if it displays all tags.

Scheduling emails manually, slow loading, and calling feature needs to improve with some holistic view as it gets difficult to analyze what happened with each call

Easy to set up and use!  It also allows for a massive boost in productivity.

It would be super helpful to integrate in with our existing Calendly account.

With Outplay we are able to run and manage multiple sequences daily.  This allows us to constantly be shifting between open searches and nearly double our calling capacity.

I love the scalability of Outplay. We've grown our use case with the tool, and it's done a pretty good job of expanding to meet our needs. We're now using the tool beyond Sales in CS and Marketing outreach, so it's pretty adaptable

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

I have a bit of concern about the future of the product, trying to compete with more intricate tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo, which is not what we need it for.

Outplay created a more intuitive, functional workflow for our team. It makes the job of doing outreach much more efficient and targeted, with everything the team needs to be successful right in one place.

Concept of lists being absent on the prospects side. We have to tag users and use tags as a form of lists. A list of existing tags would be nice.

Email steps, Step 1 will be inro email next steps are about our products.
Good calling feature through Twilio.
Very easy to create user usage reports, and we can export them to excel.
OutPlay is a better tool for email sequences, we can set time zone based on our regions, activities can log in to our CRM, we can setup role and team for each user.

Call quality can improve.
Sometime emails will not go on time.
Activities logging issue on CRM

The best sales engagement tool out there. The tech support is awesome. This thing does everything a high performer needs in a sales org.

You won't be disappointed once you get it up and running. And they can make that happen very quickly with all the integrations, etc

I feel the sequences section and the info tab on the right for the individual prospect can be improved slightly.

Rigorous follow-ups are necessary for a deal to close; Outplay has everything in place, like proper sequencing and email tracking, which helps us understand the prospect and close sales quickly.

Love how the sequences which can be created in a jiffy and also how I can use the in built scheduler, lead validation and the chrome plugin which can help with populating and enriching my prospect list.

Only one challenge faced so far is the management of the licenses and allocation of those across the team. As we scale from being a startup (and purchase more licenses upfront), this won't be an issue.

Outplay solves for managing our complete  outreach program across different reps and different customer segments. Also helps with Analytics which are to the point.

Outplay is the best CRM - Customer/Prospect dialler platform out, there. Apart from adding innumerable number of contacts into the platform, we can also dial the contacts, back-to-back without any interruption time.

Outplay also integrate with many software such PipeDrive, SalesForce etc making data transfer, much easier.

Outplay has a very structured customer support wing. This means that, any support ticket you raise would be addressed and resolved in record time.

I would recommend Outplay to just anyone in Corporates.

Not Applicable. At the moment, everything seems good with Outplay.

I had issues with Outplay integration with PipeDrive. Outplay staff reached out to me, in no time, once I had raised a ticket. He also mentioned step by step process I need to execute to make the platforms form a bi-directional sync.

This quickly resolved my ticket and they have managed to keep me as a happy customer.
