I get lots of calls about Microsoft Outlook. I consider myself an expert. I've been working with computers over 30 years and I am a long-time fan of Outlook. I started using the tool a very long time ago. It wasn't always perfect but every new version kept getting better and this new version is truly impressive. It has been successful for me about 90% of the time. Some large PST files can give the impression of the application freezing at times. It is paid but not relatively expensive, especially considering how important it can be to recover the information.
