I have been using Outfy for a year now, and am very pleased with it! The app/website is easy to use, easy to set up, works from desktop, fully integrates with Etsy, posts diligently on all my social media. They come up with new features all the time to make posting on social media easy! I am very happy with them, so much so that I purchased their discounted yearly subscription when I had the opportunity without giving it a second thought! And their help desk is friendly, very reactive and always find a solution. I use it every day. Worth every penny! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing negative to say about Outfy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outfy still saves me a lot of time preparing posts for Facebook and Instagram. All I had to do was invest a little time in setting up and customizing the templates to match my style, and Outfy works as a well-tuned helper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Outfy for my Etsy shop and Upgates eshop - it's not supported, so adding products to my second shop is a bit more tedious (Etsy and supported platforms like Shopify are a click away). Still, Outfy is a big help. When I had a problem loading images, customer support was very quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outfy is a "one stop" app for all my social media posts . I like all the different choices. Easy to use and customise. Good support too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have not used enough to see any downside Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Outfy will create media posts just from your etsy store using all the infomration you have already added to your listing, including the photos. This means you don't have to do ANYTHING!! It also offers help with making your own posts as well, with templates. It automates really well and has a really valuable free trial option that refreshes every month. The connections to your social media can drop out, so you need to keep an eye on that. But I have a feeling that's more due to the SM peeps than Outfy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about outfy is it is easier to promote products across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. We can schedule posts in advance which solves the problem of manually posting it while being online. We can customize our posts through various templates to make them presentable and visually attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing much to dislike about outfy except that it depends on third party ecommerce platforms and any changes there can affect outfy's services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can set it and forget it. As long as I have products in my shops Outfy will share them on social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it integrated with Squarespace and Bluesky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe they have to improve the template options and the connection with API Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Social media posts and engagement are the things I dislike most about running an e-commerce business. Outfy has completely automated this important aspect of the business for us, and the customer support has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
