I used the free version. The UI and UX were great and it integrated perfectly with my outlook calendar meetings seamlessly after a very simple installation. What I like best about Otter.ai is its ability to capture conversations during meetings and automatically generate notes. What I dislike about Otter.ai is that it still needs improvement when it comes to accuracy and formatting. The transcriptions can sometimes be inconsistent, especially with names, technical terms, or overlapping conversations, which means I can’t fully rely on it without double-checking. I also find that the notes it generates aren’t always as clean or organized as I’d like, so I usually have to go back and edit them to make the content truly useful.
