Using Otter.ai to record the meetings, distinguish between different speakers, and generate summaries with clear action items has streamlined my workflow. I’ve noticed that when I use Otter.ai during conference talks, it doesn’t always distinguish clearly between different speakers. I really like Otter.ai's interface and the simplicity of its use. It's very easy to use, and I don't have to do much to utilize the technology. Its integrations with my GoToMeeting and teams is great. I have daily meetings with my team and use otterai to enhance our monthly performance as a team. Not only is it a great tool, but the pricing is great and makes it a no-brainer to use. Also, their support team has been great helping with onbroading and anything I need. At this time OtterAI has been an amazing tool, that has helped my teams monthly performance and made all my meetings more meaningful because of the notes I get once they are done. So, I really don't have any dislikes at this time. Maybe, the fact that original when our meetings were done it sent out a blast email to my whole team without me knowing that was going to happen. I like that I can record meetings where multiple participants are in a conference room and others are remote and it still tags each voice correctly. With other solutions, it's based on each video/audio feed. This means if there are 3 people in-person in a conference room, it counts this all as one person. With otter, I can just put my phone on the table with the app open and it labels everyone correctly in the transcript. I don't even have to have my computer with me or be logged into the meeting. It’s usually very good at transcribing the conversation but some technical terms give it difficulty. I use it in a medical context when I go to doctors appointments so it would be nice if it could somehow figure out context and maybe it would make it easier to figure out what the technical terms are that are used (that it sometimes misses).
