"Handy formatting for funeral service software"

What do you like best about Osiris?

Osiris is handy for quick information about the deceased and specifics about the funeral or services. It groups together things that need to go together yet it asks you the questions apart or the blanks. My family and all the blanks questions and everything and entails, an obituary can be brought forth into paragraph obituary format for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osiris?

Retyping a whole lot of it when the computer or program has crashed while in use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love the original owner now it is terrible!"

What do you like best about Osiris?

All my services were rolled into one. Phone, email, hosting, and the FANTASTIC customer service. The level of service we were provided was unmatched anywhere regardless of the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osiris?

The new Osiris, after being sold, offers the same services with customer service that is not even close to what we were used to. We changed hosting services almost immediately. It was a resource and energy drain, researching and finding individual providers for our phone service and business email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Osiris?

Since I am in the accounting department, I like the way it interfaces with Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osiris?

Inability to apply charges to QB invoices beyond the original. For example, finance charges are exported, they need to be specifically applied in QB Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Osiris:

If in accounting, like me, be meticulous. Better to get it right the first time than having to correct later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Osiris solving and how is that benefiting you?
