I like that there are many account, item and order management tools for us to have control over many details aspects of our store. It's pretty easy to add new items to our osCommerce account with a spreadsheet or by manually inputting the product details and images. I think one of the weakest aspects of osCommerce is the default structure and design of the stores. The designs are largely dated and don't always work well with mobile devices that have smaller screens. Though there are templates available, there aren't nearly as many compared to other e-commerce solutions and the ones that do exist aren't all that stunning.
