**What do you like best about osapiens?**

I love that it is a hub. Available in many languages and for many regulations. Mostly I love the supplier intelligence and product compliance manager. Especially in the light of EmpCo regulation, this tool helps to verify our claims. Great onboarding, love the osapiens academy and their on demand courses as well as the rich amount of onsite and online events. osapiens is really creating a community of changemakers

Not so much. Actually we are happy with it.

It helps automate supply chain tracking and risk analysis, and it also provides a solid basis for supporting our claims in light of EmpCo regulation.

They cover a lot of recent topics and regulations and provide sector-specific knowledge. They enables networking and knowledge exchange with like-minded people. Also, the process and customer service is very good.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

During the events (like the SoS.26) it would be nice to have a QR code to people's LinkedIn account on the name tag.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help staying and becoming compliant with different regulations. There are also a lot of events about new regulations that enable valuable knowledge exchange.

There are no downsides to Osapiens and its product, only opportunities for improvement to make the product even better, i.e. supporting tools to complete business data, such as industry codes, or instructions on how to build questionnaires and workflows.

I really like the simple interfaces of osapiens and the logic behind them is very comprehensible. Additionally, we mostly use the tool for origin data collection because it allows us to repeatedly take samples to see where the various events have taken place.

Sometimes the system is a bit too rigid. This means that individual applications cannot always be implemented as desired.

I use osapiens to verify origin data for meat and sausage products through F-Trace databases. It offers batch tracking, which is guaranteed at all times.

Support is only available via ticket, and there are no German-speaking contacts available.

The challenge was to monitor our 12,000 suppliers with regard to the requirements of the LkSG. Since osapiens automates and legally complies with these requirements, we chose this system. Additionally, other tools, e.g., for CSRD/CCF/CBAM, were offered. Furthermore, this solution already includes a complaint management system.

Support has been quite complicated during the years. Discussions about what to do within agreements, what's extra, weekend work, adapting to our working hours etc. Also, they won't share their software for us to install on our devices. They want to do it manually. Required or just keeping themselves important? Who knows.

The track and trace solution in our manufacturing area. Very important tracing system that's integrated with our production systems.

**What do you like best about osapiens?**

We use the solution from Osapiens for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

We chose the solution from Osapiens because the platform reliably integrates complex processes and fully covers all relevant requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) (as opposed to other offered solutions, which often only covered partial tasks or would have required additional manual rework).

Another decision criterion for Osapiens was the network effect: many of our customers use the same solution. Due to the direct data exchange via the platform, the effort of data transfer (passing on the reference number of our due diligence declaration) is significantly reduced, saving time and minimizing sources of error.

Furthermore, the supplier portal, in which we invite our suppliers to query order data for our affected items (e.g., to obtain geolocation data, batch information, etc.), is free of charge for our suppliers. This increases acceptance among our suppliers to use the tool accordingly, which improves the data basis and documentation for us and significantly simplifies coordination with the suppliers.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

We can fully recommend the EUDR solution from Osapiens, but an interested company must be aware that extensive training is necessary before deploying the solution to use the system in compliance with requirements. This onboarding is conducted by Osapiens in a very professional and practical manner, yet sufficient time must be allocated for familiarization.

**What problems is osapiens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The extensive obligations from the EUDR cannot be fulfilled without a corresponding software tool. The Osapiens solution fulfills all these obligations in just one tool and does so with maximum automation (e.g., conducting risk analysis, submitting due diligence declaration into the EU system, etc.).

I greatly appreciate osapiens, as the setup was intuitive and mostly self-explanatory, which significantly facilitated the implementation process. I find the automatic execution of the supplier risk analysis particularly helpful, as it aligns with the requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). This feature allows us to efficiently utilize prevention and remediation measures, as they are provided like pre-made modules that only need to be customized. This saves a lot of time and resources and ensures that the process runs smoothly. Additionally, the whistleblower system is an outstanding feature that we regularly use to ensure transparency and compliance within the company.

**What do you dislike about osapiens?**

I find the performance of osapiens in need of improvement. A faster performance would be desirable to increase efficiency.

We use osapiens for the automated risk analysis of suppliers according to the requirements of the LkSG. This allows us to benefit from predefined prevention and remedial measures that are easily adaptable.

The user interface is quite straight forward, it's easy to understand for new joiners. The Intelligence part is also really interesting to me.

Not all solutions can be connected to our ERP system. Sometimes, the interconnectivity between the different tools could be improved.

CBAM and EUDR are taking away a lot of manual work to stay compliant and staying within the legal boundaries.

I like the modular structure of osapiens and the unique application of the interfaces and databases. Even when you have to map very complex end-to-end processes, you can get into the tool quite easily.

Modules are not yet all on the same level, especially regarding documentation and integration. It requires a lot of resources and know-how to enable the connection to the interfaces.
