What do you like best about Osano?

The implementation was super easy and they held our hand the whole way. Super thankful to the knowledgable implementation team. They seem to know what they are talking about and make it SO much less stressful than the last program we used - onetrust. Our last program we never were sure it was set up correctly. This company has great cusomer support and does a lot of the heavy lifting for us. The program iself it also a lot easier to use/navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Osano?

The platform does not require using GTM to manage consent so it is easier to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osano?

You cannot customize descriptions in the drawer but the descriptions follow best practices and are legally compliant so it's not a huge concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to setup privacy compliance platform"

What do you like best about Osano?

Osano is incredibly easy to onboard. The banners and subject rights forms are out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osano?

The UI could use a little work. It's not a deal breakers but some things are confusing, for example, certain areas don't look clickable when they are, and when scrolling through cookies to identify, the pagination can break. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Osano?

It is easy to understand and use. I really like how easy of the set-up process as almost anyone could do it. And if we did have questions, Christie Roy has been right there to answer our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osano?

We were asked to modify/disable the Targeted Advertising toggle by one of our stakeholders. Unfortunately, we were told this was not doable at this time but was on the companies rador to be done in the future. So far, this has been only major sticking point. I will say we are planning to release the cookies on a number of other sites so we may get additional requests on this or other items in the coming weeks.
