I like the flexibility of having the Osano privacy cookie banner supporting cross domains, and its backend interface is quite clear on emphasizing what the US states imply about privacy. Additionally, you can do A/B testing on the banner placement and keep a tab on all the clicks that are coming through with implied consent and opt-out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
DSAR(Data Subject Access Request) is very manual at this point, making it very challenging to address the data deletion requests as we partner with many third-party CRM's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hey Suhma, I am happy to hear what you like about Osano. I've put you in contact with one of Osano's great Customer Success Managers to help resolve your issues around DSAR.
