I have confidence that Osano is handling our cookie issues for all jurisdictions. It is good to know it is just doing the task without us interacting with it. From the moment I first contacted Osano through to implementation and ongoing support, I have been really impressed with their level of customer service and support. The system itself is really easy to use and user friendly but if you are ever not sure about anything support is just an email away with fast response times. They have web chat available for quicker responses but I haven't needed to use that yet.

After implementation our account manager switched over to Sam who has been fantastic in answering any queries I have had. Sam has been very diligent when it comes to setting up checkin meetings to ensure we are getting the most out of Osano. These have been pretty helpful during the onboarding stage as any questions that I may have had leading up to the meeting meant I could just make a note to ask Sam in our next meeting. Osano is a lot more expensive than other consent management platforms out there, however in this case you really do get what you pay for I think. The level of support available compared to other providers is unparalleled plus they are an enterprise solution which is what our business needed and were looking for.
