What do you like best about Osano?

Super easy to implement, understand and calibrate. We were able to go from "contract signed" to implemented on the first website in about a week and a half. UX was easy to update. The online guides were easy to follow. The customer service agent was eager to help and knowleagable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osano?

The DSAR form takes a lot of modifications to make it useful

Some of the defaults are not helpful, and changing them took time. Specifically the "cookie icon" for the preference manager. We had to find online guides to get it to the design/feel we wanted. Those guides were helpful, but the default image of the preference manager was glaring and inconveniently placed in its default state. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Osano?

I love how this system can be used for an entire team. We have several different departments that need to touch and review this information and this program makes it so easy and efficient. I love that it is task-oriented as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not love all of the emails that come from Osano. There are a lot of reminders and informational emails. I feel like those can be limited a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Osano team is very knowledgeable, helpful, and accessible. I know I can expect a thoughtful and prompt response to all my questions.
