It has very low latency when things are clicked, e.g. when clicking on an appointment in the schedule, the selection is registered immediately rather than after a delay (looking at you, denticon). Same goes for viewing radiographs, it's very responsive, they populate quickly, and can be viewed quickly. The multiple integrations are also really helpful, e.g. e-prescription, taking radiographs, the VOIP with Mango, billing, etc. The aesthetics is a big plus, and the relative ease of use too. There isn't much to dislike. There are some bugs regarding looking at radiographs in an FMS, sometimes I have to refresh the page to facilitate, or when taking intraoral photos, but I'm sure those can be worked on. Also when I'm writing a prescription using MD Toolbox, the MD Toolbox dialog window prevents me from using the window behind it unless I close it entirely, which is kind of annoying. I can open oryx in two separate windows as a workaround though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
