We recently implemented Oro Labs to manage our supplier onboarding process. As expected with any new rollout across regions and teams, there have been challenges and a learning curve — but also some real progress.

One of the things we appreciated most is that the Oro team built the workflows for us based on our specific requirements. They didn’t just deliver a generic template — they listened, asked the right questions, and made adjustments to reflect the complexity of our setup. That saved us time and helped us move faster, even though we’re still working through alignment on some internal processes.

The platform itself offers the right balance of transparency, compliance, and regional flexibility, which we need to meet local requirements without losing control or visibility.

We’re not finished — there’s still work to do to get everything fully up and running — but the support from Oro has been outstanding. They’re responsive, hands-on, and open to iterating with us, which has made a big difference in navigating the more complex parts of the implementation.
