What do you like best about Orion Serial Metrics?

I like how simple it is to get the data I need without spend too much time. The metrics are fast to generate and the dashboard is clean so I can see all the important things in one view. Reports can be export quickly and the structure is clear, wich make it easier to share with my team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orion Serial Metrics?

Sometimes I wish there was more options to customise the reports and graphs, because sometime I need to show the info in diferent style. Also, the first time using it took me a bit to understand some settings, but after that is fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orion Serial Metrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It help me track and understand serial performance in a way that before was very manual and slow. Now I can see patterns and issues faster, so I can take action before they become big problems. What I like best about Orion Serial Metrics is its reliability and the range of features it offers. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Customizable reports are a big plus, and the data analytics are valuable for our work. The integration with other systems is also smooth, which helps a lot.
