**What do you like best about Order.co?**

OrderCo has centralized our purchasing process throughout our company. The platform has allowed our employees to purchased the items they need without with great confidence. Plus our management team has the ability to see, review and approve all purchases in one platform.
The report and payment structure allows our senior management to review spending by department.
The credit line allows my company additional purchasing flexibility

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

There is a 2nd step verification process is till a problem. Plus, for new projects that require CAD files and Drawings for vendors needs to be setup for a smoother transition.
Virtual card payments are not being automatically updated on backorders

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using the OrderCo platform, our company has increased productivity by over 70%. The entire staff can now order products. This allows management to utilize the team in other aspects of the business. Plus, financial controls for the entire process is smoother and a lot easier to monitor.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

There are a lot of "best" aspects of Order.co. Firstly, I can have all of my supplies from our many vendors all in one spot, which alone is a great feature. On top of that, Order helps us save money with no effort from me - they have a feature that will shop around for a better price on the same item. The amount of time and effort Order saves us is well worth the yearly fee. Their support team is unmatched, I don't have to worry about handling returns and waiting on the phone with vendors. They reply the same day and explain whatever steps I need to take in order to complete the return. The website itself is very user friendly. I have never had to waste time trying to figure out how to find or use something on the website. Order makes placing my supply orders quick and painless.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

In all honesty, Order.co helps me tremendously and I don't have much to say along the lines of negative feedback. They've been actively updating anything that could be a complaint and are so quick to help if something is not up to standard. The only issues I've had have been minor inconveniences from some features. For example, there was one or two times where Order swapped an item I specifically labeled not to do so for and we received an item that was not correct. I then had to go through the return process and order the correct item again. But since, bringing that to their attention, this has never happened again. I am also having trouble utilizing the apply credits to invoice feature. Again, I can easily resolve it by contacting support and asking them to do it for me, and they get back to me quickly. They are actively working on a fix as well for me.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have to place 15 different orders every week, which was stressful and took so much time away from my job as the biller in my office. Now I can just log in to Order and place one order with everything included.

Returns used to be another headache. I had to initiate them myself and keep track of whether a vendor got back to me, and they always made it a hassle to send items back. Order handles the heavy lifting for me and keeps all the information in one place, so I can check a return’s status and find everything I need to complete the return without chasing anyone down.

It’s also a relief not having to pay 15 different invoices every month and double-check that they’re correct, that I actually received them, and that returns were processed. With Order, I get one weekly invoice that includes everything, so I only have that single invoice to remember and manage.

Order has saved me a ton of time and effort, and even money. As someone whose job title is biller and who’s expected to spend minimal time ordering supplies, that makes a big difference.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I get clear status updates on all my orders, the catalogue grows as I build it, and the customer service team reaches out promptly whenever I have questions that need answering.

We’ve used other ordering platforms and found them much more difficult to navigate. Order.co keeps things simple and lets me move on with my day. The savings offered through substitutions are phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I have not yet found anything to complain about after the past 3 years of using Order.co

The biggest problem solved by order.co is coordinating accounts with different online vendors. With order.co I dont have to worry about establishing accounts with each vendor we use.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I like that Order.co allows us to order essentials for our business and synchronize with the marketplace, so everything flows through one platform. It's great for the management team and for our accounting team because all of our operative budget related to essentials and marketplace items live in one place. I appreciate the ways it helps control costs by allowing us to set a budget cap before approval, preventing managers from going over budget. This feature also helps managers understand their spending practices better, as they can identify where they continually hit a spending ceiling. Additionally, the process is seamless and clear, and the customer support and account management team are really great, timely, and responsive. I definitely get my investment's worth.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I find all of the reporting systems a little bit heavy loaded. The way the information is laid out can be exhausting, and it's missing that intuitive perspective. When I want to look at my reports and understand my spending habits or when I try to pull something for accounting or look at the forecast for expenditures, it's just a bit exhausting.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Order.co to streamline ordering essentials through one platform, helping our management and accounting teams manage budgets better. It also allows us to control costs by setting approval caps, promoting better spending practices.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

What I like most about Order.co is that I have access to my order history, which is really helpful if I ever need to look back to see things that I ordered. I also appreciate being able to get assistance when I need help tracking something down, and their customer service will reach out to the vendors for me if there is an issue or if I need to do a brief return on something.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I wish I could submit my order directly from our software as I feel like it's a lot of work for me to do it in both places, especially if I have a lot of items to order.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Order.co is a one-stop shop for all vendors and sites, letting me place multiple orders without jumping around. Setup was easy with corporate training, and I was able to use it next time on my own without issues.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I use Order.co as the company's main procurement platform and appreciate how it helps maintain a structured catalog of offerings for our stores,  and helping us save money by gaining the lowest costs possible. The platform's ability to run reports is great and ensures we stay within budget. I love the visibility and transparency it offers both for the admins and the local store teams. It helps us manage budgets closely while ensuring the teams have what they need to be successful. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

Order.co makes update to the UI, not terribly often, but when they do it always impacts the ease of use, especially recent updates to the checkout screen where our company has to use several sections to take notes for vendors. It is hard when everything was working really well for our stores and the teams who order, and then overnight it changes. It requires the admin team to stop and have to hold a training so they understand what to do. It can be very hard to get these scheduled and trained in a quick timeframe during busy times.

I really appreciate their flexibility and their ability to customize the product to fit our needs. The implementation was extremely easy, and customer support met our unique requirements. Our stores use the platform every day, and it’s super easy to use—if you know how to shop on a webpage, you know how to use Order.co.

Order.co is very through with their product and there isnt much to note about dislikes.

The platform is able to customize a catalogue for our locations to keep them focused on only ordering what is needed in their stores and not getting lost in the millions of different items available in that category. Also the ability to use the digital Credit Cards has been extremly helpful to increase productivity in our stores as well as keep a strict budget.

Very easy to use. Setting your favorites makes it simple to re-order. I love how the budgeting feature helps you stay on track and not overspend. The pricing is very competitive, if not better. Customer service has been superb whenever I’ve had an issue.

The only thing I can think of is returning material that came in damaged or wrong. Had a hard time finding that page a couple of times.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I love the Order.co platform and the following are some reasons why.  Its easy to upload products into my catalog.  Its fast and easy to search for any product to order it.  I love the new AI feature.  It has really helped me to understand what im ordering, how often im ordering it, and how much the company has spent all year on the product.  I'm learning where i can cut costs and help save my company a lot of money.  I am able to view all of the people who are spending for the company, and what they are spending.  I am able to view all my invoices in one place and pay them with ease.  The platform has made my job a lot less stressful.  Thank you.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

There really isn’t much that I dislike about this platform. It can be stressful at times when there’s a two-week delivery window, especially since I’m ordering a lot of things from different vendors.  The products are needed within a few days, but there is nothing in my control after the order is sent.

Order has helped the business solve unexplained orders, unexpected financial problems, and it has helped us build a strong relationship with Order.co and the people who work there.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I use Order.co for ordering supplies for my company, and I really like how it makes ordering quick and simple. It simplifies the process by allowing me to avoid digging through multiple websites to track what was ordered, saving me time. The customer service is excellent, handling issues quickly and effectively, which is a huge plus. Tracking orders is also extremely simple, which adds to the ease of use. The initial setup was extremely simple and quick, making it easy to get started with Order.co.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I wish there was an ability to search for past orders using the name of the item ordered so that you can more quickly look up what you need. I feel like the current function is a little clunky.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I really appreciate how it organizes my orders and keeps me informed with email notifications about upcoming deliveries. The customer support is excellent—always dependable and quick to respond!

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

One thing that frustrates me is that I can't edit an order once it's been processed. I also sometimes wish the system would automatically remove products that are out of stock or unavailable, especially on Amazon. However, I do appreciate that these unavailable items remain visible, since they often serve as a useful reference. Another feature I would find helpful is some kind of indicator, like an asterisk, to show which item was the last one I purchased. For instance, when I search My Products for Thermal Laminating Sheets, I usually click through each brand I've ordered before to compare current prices. If there were an asterisk marking the brand I bought most recently, it would save me the time of tracking down which one I previously got at the best price.

Financially, it has helped to streamline outgoing monies from our budgets and helps me to keep up on the status of orders, order issues and pending deliveries.  Order.co also makes my life so easy when a package isn't delivered or tracking info is missing. In my experience, the customer service is the best of the best.

My company's integration with Order.co has removed the ability for us to add new items manually. We instead have to go through an entire requisition process through Workday, which can take several days to get approval

The ability to order from multiple channels at once saves a lot of time, as well as Order.co seeking out best pricing options when requested

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I like Order.co's ability to reorder, which means I don't have to manually re-find each item I want to reorder. This makes it easier for me to manage ordering products for my facility. I also find the centralized accounting feature beneficial for my company. The initial setup of Order.co was easy to handle.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I don't like that order feedback could be better. If a product is out of stock or wasn't delivered, I don't know until I check each item in the order. I should get an email immediately if there's a problem with a product to prevent delays.

Order.co lets me order products and provides centralized accounting for my company. I like the ability to reorder without manually re-finding each item.

I love having our ordering process streamlined in one place. We also love having the virtual card option. The ease of having multiple users that can utilize this tool lessens the amount of purchase requests that come into our email inbox.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I wish cancelling orders was easier. The checkout process has recently changed and it hasn't been my favorite update. A lot of the users we have that aren't as well versed with Order.co as I am, they are having a hard time with the new checkout process and the coding piece of it is now hidden, which creates more work for us on the purchasing department side of things. I also wish there was a way to customize the view in the virtual cards tab. I would love to see a date that the card was last used. That would be extremely helpful in end of month reconciliation.

The virtual cards has been life changing for keeping track of subscriptions orders all in one place. Some vendors don't accept AmEx and that is what we have, so virtual cards have helped in that as well.
All in all, Order.co simplifies our ordering process and we love it.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

Order.co is the first procurement platform we have used for our supply purchasing. There was no difficulty in implementation, and it has made purchasing for all our locations from multiple vendors infinitely more efficient. The site is easy to navigate by our staff members with minimal training. The site houses our formularies for all our supply vendors and provides reporting and tracking information. We use the site twice monthly for all locations to request their supplies. If an issue occurs it is easy to contact customer support through the site, or I can email our Customer Success Manager.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

It is not a major concern, but because we are a group of 27 dental offices instead of a regular business that is not healthcare, it does change that fact that items cannot be substituted and if our requests do not get processed  in a timely manner it can have a major effect on the business and proper patient care.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order.co has solved the issue we had for creating efficiency for ordering supplies from multiple vendors. We once had to place all separate orders and now it can done with just one consolidated request. It has also solved the issue for making each one of our locations aware of what they are spending in each request so they can better monitor their budget.
It has also benefitted us because we can now use a formulary of all "approved products" as opposed to allowing our staff to have full access to each vendor's full catalog of products, so it eliminates "shopping" by the staff and thereby reduces company expense.
