When things are out of stock with Order.co, it can be a little annoying.

Order.co is very useful for my needs, and I'm highly appreciative of their quick-to-respond support whenever needed. I like that I can add products at my discretion and that they ship them out efficiently, sometimes even receiving products on the same day of order. The product's ability to substitute items that are out of stock is a significant advantage. Additionally, the initial setup of Order.co was quite easy, which adds to the overall positive experience. I would recommend Order.co, rating it nine out of ten.

Sometimes the communication when we send out to the distro email isn't as quick as we would like. But for the most part, they're good.

I find Order.co very useful in quickly responding to our needs. It ensures timely product delivery, substitutes out-of-stock items, and allows adding and receiving products as needed, sometimes even on the same day.

Overall, it's quite good, though the user interface isn't always the best.

This software allowed us to consolidate a lot of our spend from multiple vendors, credit cards, and expense reports to a single platform. This allows us to have better insight into spending at each location and ensures they are ordering items that meet our standards for use in the business.

I appreciate how Order.co significantly streamlines booking tasks by utilizing a purchasing catalog. I also value the considerable amount of time it saves me on the bookkeeping side, as it provides exceptional visibility into monthly purchases. This transparency helps me keep track of expenses more effectively.

The cost/pricing of Order.co is a bit high, and it does not save us $1,500 per month, which is disappointing. Additionally, the amount we are charged each month is a concern that I feel needs improvement.

We have 8 labs in 7 states so the ability for all labs to go to one platform that allows us to choose what items they can order has made it easier for us to control spends and ensure all labs are buying the consumables we need them to buy per our ISO 17025 accreditation.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

Order.co makes quite a few updates to their platforms without first seeking feedback or opinions from their users and some of the updates has made the user experience worse.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our biggest problems was the high number of invoices we were receiving from all the vendors we order. With the help of Order.co, they send us one invoice weekly per lab which makes it 100x easier to review invoices and ensure they are being paid on time.

I appreciate how easy and efficient it is to place orders, especially with the ability to use saved items. This really speeds up the entire process.

I find it frustrating to have limited control over the order details and to act as an intermediary for communication with the vendor.

That's something I never thought of. The biggest befit is handing ordering tasks off to another employee who can easily find previous purchased items. This makes handing off the task to others very simple.

It’s incredibly easy to place orders, and it saves us a lot of time and effort.

Sometimes orders don’t get updated right away. it depends on the vendor. Since we don’t always receive email notifications, it’s harder to keep track of delayed orders, and I have to manage that manually.

It provides visibility to all parties involved, they can track how much we’ve spent, the shipping address used, the estimated delivery date, and the tracking numbers.

The customer support is also very responsive and always able to quickly resolve and issues that arise - a rare thing to find these days. It is a pleasure to use

I have not yet found anything to complain about after the past 3 years of using Order.co

The biggest problem solved by order.co is coordinating accounts with different online vendors. With order.co I dont have to worry about establishing accounts with each vendor we use.

I enjoy the ability to create custom lists for each home and the unique items we order for them. All team members can view orders which is a great feature to ensure duplicate orders are not created. Being able to add products from varies sites into one platform is helpful as well.

The lack and or delay of tracking information and the slow response time from service agents.

Team colaboration between procurement, supply chain, and market ops. Visibility into other team members orders. Customizable lists for each home. Adding multiple site items onto one platform.

Negotiatus is very easy to learn and to use. It is very intuitive, which makes it a breeze to train others to use. Negotiatus also offers training frequently.
They also offer an application that allows it very easy to add items for purchase. I Highly recommend it. Lastly, they return incentives in the form of rebates. Negotiatus has excellent customer service with a very friendly and knowledgeable support staff.

Nothing. Any issues that I have had have been rectified by the Negotiatus team.

Negotiatus has made purchasing simple and easy to manage. We break it down by department and can track purchases, budgets and rewards simply and easily.
It is easy to get department personnel on board and trained in a day. I can see and manage all purchasing from a single interface, tracking all the rewards and applying them to the department that generated them. It has made an enormous difference.

It has been amazing to get all my purchasing done with one tool and avoid having 20 different accounts with different usernames and passwords for all the stores I manage. The set-up was a tad confusing at first, but with the help of their team, I was able to get everything going and love this tool!! Honestly, no dislikes at this moment, I have had nothing but a positive experience.

Start using it now! If you are struggling to get all your accounts in order and find things at the best price, this is the tool for you. It is nice only to allow my staff to purchase items I have approved and that are the same across the brand. Who knew even getting two stores to buy the same type of bags would be such a pain point? I didn't even realize all the needs I had until I got a tool to help me with budgeting, invoicing, and managing my costs.

I didn't realize how many different accounts had been created by past store managers and staff over the six years I've been with my company. We had no way to source products for the best price and trusted our store managers to do this.
