Negotiatus is very easy to learn and to use. It is very intuitive, which makes it a breeze to train others to use. Negotiatus also offers training frequently. They also offer an application that allows it very easy to add items for purchase. I Highly recommend it. Lastly, they return incentives in the form of rebates.
