Customers can view the menu in two ways, either as a simple list of menu items or as a visual presentation of dishes. They can also provide delivery details, enter comments, and specify relevant contact details. The platform provides a wide range of payment methods including cash or card upon delivery and online payment methods, which vary according to clients’ postal codes or cities. After confirming the order, customers will receive an email or SMS containing information about the status of their order, updated every time it changes. This is very easy to use and very user friendly which is a good thing as we can put our focus on other things to serve customers. **What do you dislike about Ord for Restaurants?** Sometimes it is very difficult to add the products which are very regional as we the system is not optimized for it. And sometimes we have noticed a lag in data export as it is a cloud based thing. **What problems is Ord for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the major part of the work which is managing the data of products including revenue generated and etc. It has given a more time to deal with other issues while handling a business. ### 2. They have dffrent filters and they do provide schedule delivery as well. **What do you dislike about Ord for Restaurants?** I feel they should deliver food in long distance as well. Also sometimes order get cancelled and it not give notifications.
