Orbiit is solving a hard problem that few SaaS solutions are currently tackling. It would have taken us forever to build our own community member matching solution, so we're really glad that Orbiit provides a nice solution off the shelf.

Issues can take a while to resolve, and you can't update a campaign after it is already in flight. Getting more visibility into opted-in users would be nice as well to act as a better admin (e.g. a user is unsure when their match time is and asks us to pull it).
