It is a web based CRM enterprise solution that grows with our company as we grow. It allows us to switch our business functions from one area to another without any trace of data loss. It combines our data from various sources, it replicates all the data and it saves it remotely in various locations making the data available anytime we need it. This removes all the worry that companies have for data loss. It has several modules that add features to the platform including the recording module. This module enables the recording playback feature which allows us to store audio files on a server that is private and PCI compliant, and we link the recorded files to our customer records for easy matching. We are also assigned our own admin that monitors our database and ensure data accuracy across our system. The admin was assigned because we also integrates the myadmin module. Although it allows bulk email marketing it does not help in customer's contact data extraction. It also does not provide content analytics on the marketing data sent to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OrangeCRM is the easiest and user friendly software. It provides easiest import and export options to find clients and candidates. It can be integrated on different operating systems. It provides options for planning meetings and scheduling them. It has easy options to filter candidates and keep track of their files and keep tracking their further processing. It is very time consuming in loading candidate’s information. It has outdated version because does not provide proper emailing option. They do not have their own email option within the website. It is web based so you must need a good network connection otherwise it will take a lot of time to find candidate of your need. We are being unable to access it with the mobile phone devices. It has the capability of drawing data from different sources and present it in a combined and flexible user interface. It's architecture is well built and it always ensures speed when accessing data from its database even for large data sets. Since we started using OrangeCRM we never worry about losing our business data as it replicates our data and backs it up on different servers in different locations. Their open API allows us to access OrangeCRM through our system and also via web pages making it unique and flexible. It has excellent modules that add functionality to the CRM in order to suit company needs. One of the modules that we deployed is the analytics modules and it provides business intelligence and on demand analytics that we need to draw conclusions from our data.
