What do you like best about Oracle Siebel?
The functionality of the software is excellent in terms of a customer CRM tool. Information is well organized in the software and therefore the software perfectly serves it's purpose for the sales and planning teams. Nice integration with Oracle database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle Siebel?
1) UI is not easily to use and it has too many functions on the UI.
2) Siebel Support team on MyOracleSupport is not so good its should be improved.

- Great UI & UX, therefore it is easy to train new users and get where you want to go without any difficulties

- When you put too many data fields on the screen, it might look cluttered. Nonetheless, this is a user choice, so if it works for you, it won't be an issue.
