I am not using it at the moment, but I did use it at my previous company. Since I am not currently using it, I am not very familiar with all its recent features. However, during my time with the platform, I found that it could be challenging to configure and customize. It often demanded considerable administrative work and a fair amount of technical know-how. I used is 6 month before

What I like the most is that this program provides an extensive variety of sales automation and analysis, and not only that, it also provides excellent tools to work collaboratively sales, therefore provides an excellent choice of software for companies, which allows for improved sales efficiency

I dislike the exaggerated price of the platform, however I consider that it is a long term investment and is more focused on multinationals or large companies, because a medium or small company would not be able to access this sales tool.

Implemenation was very long process. Every customization is taking longer time to integrate with the existing system. It is only suitable for teams who existingly using oracle eco system.
