Self -service and orscle exadata are one of the best things that oracle cloud provides. Oracle has higher skileld resources ,, support and technical staff and a string suite of enterprise products compared to its competetors like microsoft azure, google cloud and amazon web services. Oracle cloud needs specific skillset for administration and control especially when using advanced features. Hence a dedicated team of technical experts is required . Some features which can be improved are Location based control, scalability, integration with third oarty services, intuitive oci interface, insights on offerings. The benefits seen are highly available, scalable, and robust infrastructure at a low cost as compared to other providers in the market.
