The development team could easily deploy the solution looking at the manual. The support and troubleshooting is one of the best in the market. The second is the implemenation videos should be a little detailed. The very detailed reports allowed me to better understand my accounts, generate reports based on my needs, and help customers address issues. I really liked that our sales order was generated directly from Oracle. This allowed me to close deals in a timely fashion with the client next to me. **What do you dislike about Oracle IoT Connected Worker Cloud?** Like any software, sometimes there would be glitches in the middle of completing a sales order and I would need to start the process over again. I did have to call customer support a few times, but always had a good experience when doing so. **What problems is Oracle IoT Connected Worker Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I liked being able to access it wherever I was, whenever I needed to. I would even generate reports that would help me plan out my driving routes each day, so I would maximize my time. ### 12. Creating a timesheet was fairly tedious and sometimes the page would refresh. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle IoT Connected Worker Cloud:** This product is fairly simple to use. My only complaint is that not all of the buttons were as straightforward as they could have been but actually submitting the timecard was very easy. Saving templates made the process much shorter and easier. **What problems is Oracle IoT Connected Worker Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to save timesheet templates and submit time on a weekly basis.
