A system that has many different module's in EBS that help to contribute the companies different departments needed to run the day to day operations. My favorite aspect of this program as an employee utlizing this program. Oracle implementation support and leadership support is lacking. As a customer, you don't know who to go to for what. They are also not linked to OCS (Oracle Consulting Services) which can be confusing to customers. The leadership team they gave us is new to Oracle and they have not tried to understand our business as a large hospital system that is complex and growing. And this has turned into an IT driven project rather than a true HR and Payroll business driven project that it needs to be. We needed a 3 pronged approach of HR, Payroll and IT as support, not IT driven. It's taken forever to go-live (still working on it) due to many of these reasons.

I love that Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud allows me to take care of all of the Human Resources needs for my organization. While I'm adjusting to how to do everything in Oracle, I'm continuously impressed by the fact that I have so many options for meeting my company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it difficult to do the reporting that I would like to do. I'm not adept yet at finding the subject areas and field labels, so it slows me down.
