What do you like best about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?

It can be rolled out globally for a single company across different geography, culture, ssytems and people.

It is very fast and a single source of truth. It is easy usable and huge amout existed of data lakes can be configured.

It provides full cycle from hire to retire, payroll, benefits and local laws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud?

requirment gathering is very cumbersome specially when you have existed system. Middle layers must be created in parts before you roll out full fuctional and globally.

Patching with existed system needs lots of configuration, time and cost overrun with other vendor partners.

Detail-oriented recruitment tool. Globally used and I have been using this tool for the past 6 years.

User-friendly software and recommend any firm use it for talent acquisition (recruitment), performance management, learning and development, and compensation management.

There used to be significant breaks in the recruiting process but Taleo helped to mitigate those by not allowing certain skipped steps. What do you like best about Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)?

We like the way that it contains all of our employe data. We are currently implementing the Oracle Recruiting Cloud and having our candidate/pending worker data in the same system as our HR system is going to greatly reduce the time it takes for us to enter a new hire. This is important because we have a forceforce of approximately 22,000+ and we hire 100+ new employees each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)?

The show responsiveness of some of the user interface screens makes data entry painful. We have raised several SR (service request) with oracle to evaluate the sizing of our production pod and they state that it is adequately sized.

Hopefully with ORC and the recent migration to the next generation architecture we will see increased improvement in our response times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The HCM extracts build process is amazing and helps developer to do very little code to get the results. We could reuse the base design for most of the core extracts. We would like to see some improvements in the UI side though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Could have used temp table concepts for inbound integrations. The HDL transformation formula is using row processing, but temp table can help improve the performance by making it as set processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
