We like the way that it contains all of our employe data. We are currently implementing the Oracle Recruiting Cloud and having our candidate/pending worker data in the same system as our HR system is going to greatly reduce the time it takes for us to enter a new hire. The show responsiveness of some of the user interface screens makes data entry painful. We have raised several SR (service request) with oracle to evaluate the sizing of our production pod and they state that it is adequately sized.
