Recommendations to others considering Oracle Enterprise Architecture:
There may be a newer version of it, but our enterprise has been using the same product for years, and it still has the same problems. It is very cumbersome to operate, you cannot remove errors from previous years, it is cumbersome to apply for job, where it keeps a stack of every job you ever applied for, when they ought to archive. The user interface is the same user interface from over 5 years ago. And, like I said earlier, it only works in Explorer? If this is an issue of the enterprise not having upgraded, basic upgrades should be built in to such a product for such a large amount of employees. If Oracle wants to have their name on a product, they out to be proud of how it appears and how it is working. There are no on screen knowledge bases for basis questions and errors. Half the time, when you submit a simple thing like a day off, it gives an "unexpected error, not submitted,' and you find out it was indeed submitted. Error messages should mean something. What problems is Oracle Enterprise Architecture solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oracle enterprise handles large quantities of employees, but not very well. If it were updated or upgraded in some way perhaps it would work better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
