CRM on Demand, has been a very stable on premise product from Oracle with extensive functionalities and able to handle all aspect of lead to opportunity and quote to order cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product has been on end of life and the Oracle CX cloud is taking over its place at most places. the new CX cloud is much more interactive and has a very intuitive ui as compared to its predecessor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle CRM On Demand?

I like the interface itself and it shows most of the customer details that I want specially the pipeline analysis. Aside from that you can also ensure the data security of your clients and the organization. It's a cloud based suite having a strong DBMS monitored by their Oracle backend support (DBA's). What do you dislike about Oracle CRM On Demand?

What I don't like is the price itself since the said tool is expensive, you can get the awesome features of the tool when it come to CRM needs but the price is not quite budget friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
