Easy to manage and intuitive design relatively speaking. It feels like you could login and from day one get going pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Somethings are harder to accomplish and you do have to know how to setup the program to get it to do what you want Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very accurate and easy to use each time I have needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I understand the need to have active users, but it should not need you to log in so often before being locked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of access, data storage and low compile time for cloud-based operation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as such...Its just the pricing could be a little lower as compared to the competition Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the flexibility of the way that the upload process while quoting. As we do not store any products in CPQ (yet) using the CSV upload process is seemless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the inflexibility of how the quote process works once data is uploaded. This may be tied to how we implemented and how out business works, but in talking to CPQ, it does not sound like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Generally, it has helped us bring our configuration and quoting up to standard; we have a very complex product line and we need something with a lot of power and flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since Oracle bought the company and took over, and the original founder left, it's been all downhill. Product support lacking, basic functionality not being updated. Until recent updates, product ran very slowly at times. Lightning readiness took forever to become available with many delays, non-working connectors, and no support for multiple currencies (until we insisted on it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a robust tool to manage your Sales operations in an effective way. Easy for Quotation Management, Sales Reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not a user-friendly UI and with limited web services integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, works very well, shows nicely in pdf (but also with protection option). Approval process can be setup so that quotes can be approved and out to customers quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the statement of work section, you can just copy and paste directly from a document (or the standard copy and paste function). You need to copy something, then hit the paste from word button, then it seems to only paste it in plain text and the formatting comes out really awkward a lot of the time. The ability to combine all of the product, pricing, and contract process into a single tool which is helping us consolidate a lot of manual tools and processes in order to drive sales process efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some enhancements are needed to make Doc Designer even more powerful in the contract generation area. Being able to build and maintain contract templates is somewhat complicated and interacting with our Legal team is sometimes confusing based on their primary use of MS Word. Demonstrates well, rich functionality. Customers felt it demonstrated well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Price has been prohibitive, customers have received the licensing and CPQ partner quotes and immediately removed from consideration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
