I really love Oracle because it has an innovative security system that allows users to configure and edit access to Oracle Managed File Transfer can also provide permissions for integrated FTP server directories. Oracle MFT also offers excellent tools to encrypt and decrypt files loaded in the cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Oracle MFT for several years in our company and we have not had any problem or complaint about the usefulness of this platform, because it is a very safe and convenient platform to use that does not need specialized instructors. It would be a good idea to improve the prices of the annual packages and provide tentative offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OIC has prebuild adapters to connect to other third party applications whether its on premise or cloud applications. It is easy to use and drag drop functionality. Scope is very vast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User interface does not response faster with bulk data. This can be improved. Oracle support needs to improve response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm going to talk a bit about Oracle MFT, which is one of my preferred platforms, because it offers a variety of tools to be used by users in an excellent and dynamic user interface. In addition, Oracle MFT allows decryption and encryption for greater security among the files that are loaded on the platform.
Perhaps another of the points that I love about Oracle is the responsibility and commitment it has shown with its users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I have not received any complaints when using Oracle MFT, because Oracle is a very solid company committed to its customers, which offers a quality service, but it would be a good idea to modify some of these services for new Oracle users. This platform should provide larger packages for these users and, therefore, improve their experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The stability that Oracle delivers on its cloud-based products is unbeatable, we can expect to have 99% uptime where downtimes are practically nonexistent, that is one of the main advantages of ICS and the backing of such a large company behind this great product.
Another main advantage is the compatibility with all Oracle products, which are numerous and widely used in many industries, having connectors that are ready for many applications not only from Oracle but from other brands is a great advantage and allows us to deploy low and medium complexity integrations in a matter of hours just by reading the product documentation.
In conclusion, having Oracle's backing allows us to know that we have an extremely robust and powerful product as well as compatibility with a very complete ecosystem of applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that it is such a comprehensive tool with many "aces" up its sleeve can pose a great challenge for teams that intend to develop projects on ICS and do not have extensive experience as well as highly technical knowledge, meaning that the knowledge to make the most of the platform cannot be acquired on the fly and the learning curve will be quite steep if we intend to develop highly complex solutions. We are talking about the Ferrari of cloud integration applications, but if we do not know how to handle it correctly, we could end up in a serious accident.
The support and documentation from Oracle can pose a problem if one is not sufficiently trained to handle the tool, my experience has shown me that the platform's support team assumes or expects us to have a deep understanding of the product and often their responses will not be satisfactory if we lack it, the same can happen with the documentation. Its robust and powerful and can do transformations on the go. It can be monitored with OEM too so we can create tickets too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)is a good ETL tool for integrating data from Oracle and SQL Server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not for novice users. Reporting requests have to go through IT support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is an easy system to use and or integrate with other third parties! Easy to navigate after set up as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial time it took to set up and go live was much too longer. Need more info to start off with and better guidance from the reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We like the replication of the database. It works better then dataguard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is too expensive. We don't deploy Golden gate as much as data guard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use. Works with the cloud services. I like the data integration. I like that it can be monitored from a single solution along with other Oracle technologies and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really. I am still new to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple user interface that continues to improve with each release. Great package of out of the box adapters make it easy to dive in and start building integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There needs to be easier ways to reuse/copy integration components. UI still needs work on the pop up front. There is plenty of screen real estate...use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
