We have a great deal of confidence in the Oracle infrastrucure and we appreciate the low maintenance requirements - it runs very well with very little downtime. One must be careful about "leaving the lights on". If one does not watch their developers, they can turn things on and rack up bills for things are not in use. One must also be careful about subscription access. Applications like Visual Builder and Oracle Content can be accessed in some places under a fixed bid model sold by one's applications team, or one can turn on these applications and incurr houorly billing charges. The best parts about OCI are the support from the cloud solutions architects and the pricing. The hands on support is literally top notch.

The documentation is not up to snuff majority of the time. It is also not very user friendly compared to other offerings. For example I would like to be able to use the web UI or avoid the oci console ui but it is not possible a lot of the times.
I would also like a better search as the current version relies on OCID which isn't very user friendly. I want to be able to search across all regions. Also it is very hard to delete resources once added even if I do not use them anymore.
