Lot of capabilities available across modules and they integreate very well togather as a standard. Also the capability to extend, helps with core business use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support can be a bit of pain on cloud, having no access to backend forces complete reliance on Oracle. Support is not geared to handle cutomer specific scenarios on many occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Oracle ERP Cloud for travel and expense management needs. Its simple and basic user interface makes it easier for the users to navigate and perform the required actions and get expenses reimbursed. It simplifies the expense submission and approval process. Tasks such as capturing receipts, and categorizing expenses is quite easy. Flags non-compliant expenses and quickly points out for correction. The approval notifications are flagged and allow us to approve expenses with one click.

The system also helps build your own dashboards, and add or hide components using page composer. It also comes with a few other features and functionalities to help with procurement, tools, and scheduled processes. My biggest feedback is with the poor design of the screens for the desktop version. The UI is outdated and provides limited options. There is so much space unused, underused, or poorly used. Sometimes, the system feels slow and rigid. Some sections look different than others in the look and feel department. Not sure if this is specific to the version of the procurement cloud that we are using but it does not appear modern or optimized user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Hub has limited customization options, which means it doesn't allow for extensive customization of its core features. Additionally, data migration from the existing system sometimes encounters errors when transferring historical data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

poor usability; clunky/painful UI (list boxes too small, clickable elements non-intuitive; excessive manual/repetitive steps); general lack of modern UI deisgn (especially given that it's browser-based and supposed to be the vanguard product); slow/fail to refresh on some operations; full of jargon; apparently noone really knows how to use the whole suite of features; customers are not getting adequate support/training (relying on train-the-trainer is no good) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud helps to improve the security of the transactions dividing the responsibilities by modules, it's really easy to use and very intuitive in case you don't know something from the start. Help in reviewing financial performance , audit and governance .

AHC provides a configurable workflows and approval process, users can track progress and ensure that all the financial controls are in place.

It can easily integrate with other cloud applications and on-premises systems, the best part is that we are getting the security features as well and we can

scale as per resources that we need.

In contrast of positivese there ar efew negatives also that AHC has

1. it is bit costly for a small sized business.

2. to adapt to all possible features of AHC extensive training is required
