we are using Oracle BI for capacity management in SOA environments. our infrastructure is so big and its very difficult to do the capacity management. we used Oracle BI to configure sending the reports weekly. which includes the resources such as memory, swap, network io etc. by using this reports we are effectively managing the VM capacity.
