Since I've been unable to use the software, I couldn't answer this question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle Analytics Cloud?
We were told that we would be able to ingest our service cloud data into the OAC application. Sadly the connector failed and we've never been able to ingest any data into the system, despite 6 months of effort to try and resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
