3 things I’m disappointed with

1) it isn’t intuitive to use and takes a lot of time to figure out how to use different features

2) when a new feature is added, it is sometimes too basic and cannot get the benefit out of it

This is amazing product with seamless integration and reporting capabilities, which supports most of the business needs efficiently. The most important downside I experienced is that when there is an error while running a report or trying to save a data set, we wouldn't be able to identify the actual cause of the error.
