For me, something that caught my attention is how easy and quick it is to prepare and visualize data. Its multiple and simple queries allow reports to be prepared with little data while the report is being created, enabling better implementation. Like everything good in the world, it is expensive, and since it is a tool that comes bundled with multiple necessary tools from the Oracle cloud, the cost is usually very high.

Since I started using Oracle Analytics Cloud in my company, my perception of data management and decision-making has completely changed. The best thing to like about OAC is that it combines all data preparation, visualization, predictive analysis and reporting under one unified production environment which reduces the usage of multiple tools and promotes multi-tasking under one tool. OAC is an expensive tool to begin with, especially for small scale businesses as compared to its competition namely Power BI & Tableau. OAC has its own community ecosystem but compared to Power BI & Tableau, OAC's ecosystem is smaller and restricted to certain things. User interface can be improved but as of now it looks less modern.
