Aconex was acquired by Oracle around 6 years ago. It is indeed a great and simple application for Construction and Engineering sector. It automates all the manual tasks in the construction sector. It has several underlying services like Cost, BIM(models), Field, Insights Reports, Online Viewer services which automates all tasks in a single application. There are around 8 cloud instances for servicing customers across the globe. Oracle also provides isolated cloud instances for Government and Compliance requirements.
