The ability to navigate the system with little to no training. Also the Tutorial videos they offer provides you with all the information you need for reporting, data entry and forecasting. Very user friendly and easily accessible for all employees to use. I would recommend it all Waste Industries especially those who have higher volumn then others. I dont have any negative things to say. Except that there were maybe a few times it was slow coming up and the tablets that the drivers were using always seem to punch in the wrong codes. I wish they could have done generic coding for each site but still easily fixed by just typing it all in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
